The project consisted of demolition of an existing gas station, canopy and car wash including all related footings and foundations and constructing (2) new retail buildings totaling 13,000 SF.  The North building was approx. 6,640 SF consisting of three tenants and a drive-thru lane. The South building was approx. 6340 SF consisting of four tenants. The construction consisted of slab on grade steel construction with steel stud framed infill with CMU foundation walls and concrete footings with Design Build MEP and fire suppression. The exterior finish consisted of EIFS, brick Veneer, cast stone veneer, metal wall panels and aluminum storefront.

This project won the 2016 STARR Award for best new retail project between 10,000 - 20,000 SF.
