Daily Site Sign-In

Jobsite: Minnetonka Middle School West – Phase 2

• Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm (Times are absolute. No leniency. No starting machines before 7am. No deliveries or trucks idling on neighborhood streets before 7am)
• Saturday, 9am – 5pm
• Sundays and Holidays, Not unless prior approval is received from the city

Jobsite requirements: Including but not limited to

• Building must remain secure at all times.
• Safety is your responsibility. All work must remain within designated construction areas.
• Workers must check in at the school office when entering the building or visiting during a school day.
• Workers and subcontractors must be identifiable through safety vests, hard hats, logo wear, or badges as applicable.
• Workers will not take direction from school staff, students, or the public; questions are to be routed through jobsite superintendent.
• Foul language or gestures will not be tolerated
• Tobacco Including Vapes, drugs, alcohol, and firearms are prohibited on school property. Smoking is not permitted in vehicles or on the property; smokers must use the public sidewalk.
• Utility disruptions, noise, vibration, and odors require at least 48 hours’ advance notice to the school. Notification is to be routed through jobsite superintendent.
• Existing sidewalks, paving, and building conditions must be protected unless shown to be removed in the plan documents
• PPE Required in accordance with all OSHA requirements
